    "Gay people complain too much"?

"Running an ad in a humorous manner geared toward certain 'personality types'"?

You guys are so clueless. If we complain, it's because unlike you, we're likely to get assaulted, even beaten to death if we display our "personality types" in public. Clearly to the heterosexists like you, this is all still quite funny. Get some nuts? Get a brain, assholes.

You must be joking. Running an ad in a humorous manner geared toward certain personality types and beating a student to death is quite a far reach. Homosexuals are more in the lime light now then ever. And with shows like Will and Grace, Project Runway, Six feet Under, and the like; this lifestyle is being shown in comedic as well as serious manner. Comedic advertising has been around for a while—no one is safe. From the foam finger guy to your favorite politician to the godaddy girl the same can be said for any of it. But a fairy who's magic wand cannot work on the too-manly vehicle, or a thin goofy runner against Clubber Lang and beating an effeminate student to death are very far apart on the scale.

Mr. T is an icon of male machoism this ad should be of no shock or surprise to anyone—after all isn't that the intention? Why is the consideration of this jogger to be especially effeminate as opposed to possibly from an era like the 70's-or late 80's, or simply not as manly as the infamous Mr. T, begs a question in itself.

That type of humor (like it or not) is popular. I think an ad with obvious comedic roots to be reviewed under this scrutiny and comparability is grossly unjustified. Does no one have a sense of humor anymore, where is the first amendment? Has being PC removed our sense of humor or our rationale to determine what is a joke and what should be taken seriously?

Gay people complain too much about everything, when they aren't proudly
promoting they are gay. From Rosie O'Donnell to Ellen DeGeneres to
Melissa Ethridge, just shut up! Be more like NBC's Pete Williams and
Lisa Myers,CNN's Anderson Cooper and Fox's Shepard Smith and Bill
Hemmer. As for the Wyoming kid.....plenty of other people are murdered
and their sexual preference has nothing to do with it. This is a dangerous
    world for everyone.
