    Matt, you're 100% correct. This information CAN be used effectively with others outside the TV industry. I'm usually a big research cynic, so the only way we'd approve participation in the study is if we thought the methodology was sound. And it was. And the results (both qualitative and quantitative) were pretty damn convincing,reinforcing what we've thought all along -- WHY THE HECK ISN'T YOUR ADVERTISING AND MARKETING STRATEGY CHANGING WHILE THE WORLD CHANGES ALL AROUND YOU? Hopefully this stuff will make even the most conservative of marketing folks sit up and take notice.
